In November 2011, Seymours Irish Shortbread won Best Emerging Food Award at the Listowel Food Awards.

The annual Listowel Food Awards in Kerry offer new food producers a platform to demonstrate their skills and make a breakthrough to the commercial food sector. Clearly, Seymours Irish Shortbread, a Cork artisan biscuit bakery has made its breakthrough - continuing to reach new heights in 2020.
