We send all packages worldwide using registered express parcel delivery. Once shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking ID for your package which you can track on our website. Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs.

Our packages are shipped using An Post Express Parcel (except for the United States where we use UPS Express Saver). Occasionally we may use GLS Couriers for local or EU deliveries. Once your package is dispatched, we will update your order with the associated tracking number. You can track your order here.
An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you when your package(s) have shipped.
Local pickups can be arranged at our bakery in Bandon, West Cork.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Seymours Irish Shortbread is not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, undelivered, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays caused by An Post or their affiliate courier partners, GLS or UPS, or due to weather or other causes that we are unable to control.
We offer international shipping via An Post Express Parcels (except for the United States where we use UPS Express Saver) and their international affiliate partners. Our bakery facility in Bandon, West Cork is FDA approved for shipping to the United States. We are not responsible for any import duties or customs duties that may be levied on your order.
