As all of our products are made to order to ensure freshness and quality upon arrival, please allow up to 4 working days for us to process your order.

We send all packages worldwide using registered express parcel delivery. Once shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking ID for your package which you can track on our website. Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs.

** UK Deliveries: Due to Brexit, parcels may be subject to a customs charge on delivery.

Our packages are shipped using DPD Parcels (Ireland, UK & Europe) and FedEx (USA, Rest of World). Once your package is dispatched, we will update your order with the associated tracking number. You can track your order here.

 

An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you when your package(s) have shipped.

Local pickups can be arranged at our bakery in Bandon, West Cork.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Seymours Irish Shortbread is not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, undelivered, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays caused by DPD/FedEx or their affiliate courier partners due to weather or other causes that we are unable to control.

We offer international shipping via DPD Parcels and/or FedEx International Parcels and their international affiliate partners. Our bakery facility in Bandon, West Cork is FDA approved for shipping to the United States. We are not responsible for any import duties or customs duties that may be levied on your order.
